I started my career through an apprenticeship and quickly progressed into full-time technical roles, gaining practical experience in troubleshooting, systems administration, and on-site support.
Currently working as a Field Engineer at Blue Orange IT Ltd, I provide technical support across client environments, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring minimal downtime and excellent customer service. My background in service desk roles has given me a strong foundation in remote troubleshooting, incident management, and user support.
Alongside my role in managed IT services, I run HSVE, where I provide Proxmox consultancy and services. This includes helping organisations and individuals deploy, optimise, and manage virtualised infrastructure using Proxmox, with a focus on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
I'm passionate about infrastructure, virtualisation, and building reliable systems. I enjoy solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and helping organisations make better use of their IT environments.
